Hi,
  I had refer most of the OS installable with integrated SP,hotfixes and patches.
Can any body suggest how to create such one.

Not sure if I understood you correctly, but I assume you want to create an install disc of Windows with latest service packs and patches?

If so, I would recommend googling - there are many tutorials available which will cover this (e.g. this one).

If I got you wrong please clarify. Wink

I was referring for single CD with OS and patches integrated for eg Windows Xp integrated with SP 2, can the same be done for hotfixes and patches.

Including additional hotfixes/ patches, which are for example not included in one of the service packs, is possible as well.

You can pretty much slipstream just about anything onto a Windows XP disc, drivers, service packs, patches, etc.   The problem is that your slipstreamed disc becomes outdated every Patch Tuesday.

Ketchup is correct. Slipstreaming is what you want to do. There is plenty of info out there on how to do it. You can even turn it into an image and install the OS over a network.
