that i whant to know is if there are a software there can send messeges over the network. i have tried net send but it dossent work.
its becourse my dads work boddy says hes new router with wep 128 bit not can be hacked. i know how to hack the router but it will be cool if i can send a messege to him after

net send i only tried in my own network and it dont work so i dont think it will work in his network ether

Net send has been disabled since XP SP2 I believe.
An alternative to consider is the MSG command.

i have just tried the MSG command and when i tries to send a messege to a computer it writes that i dont have connection to the pc.

First, make sure that you have permission to be messing around with other people's computers. All these messaging commands in Windows do not work very well with Desktop firewalls. They rely on NetBIOS and RPC communication which should traverse the firewall. You can try opening a Notepad instance with your message. Look into Metasploit project.
