This webcast from NetWitness is now freely available for download. You do have to reg, but that's a small price to pay. Good stuff.

We’re glad that you’ve taken advantage of our NetWitness Investigator Freeware offering. We’d like to help you make better use of this powerful solution.

You’ve likely already experienced some of the benefits - now learn even more about how to leverage the capabilities and functionality by attending this complimentary live training webcast on Wednesday, May 27.

As a security professional, you need to always know what is happening on your network and you need the ability to drill into network and application layer session attributes on the fly. Let us show you how NetWitness Investigator gives you a deeper level of knowledge than any of the other solutions you use. Learn how to best take advantage of full packet capture and session analysis and the capability to move mountains of data in just a few easy clicks.

In addition to full packet capture and session analytics, NetWitness Investigator now supports NetWitness® Live, an online, 24x7 data service that provides immediate access to real-time threat-intelligence. Freeware users are provided access to daily threat intelligence from the SANS Internet Storm Center, the Department of Treasury and other select NetWitness content helpful in identifying the latest network threats. Learn how to use external, real-time intelligence to add contextual information to analytics.

In less than an hour you will learn how to:

- Analyze network traffic easily to dive deeply into the context and content of sessions in real-time -- making threat analysis that once took days, take only minutes.

- Instantly customize the processing and modeling behavior of network capture with FlexParse.

- Access multi-source threat-intelligence and reputational content to determine real-time risk to electronic operations, intellectual property, and customer data flows.

- View network session and application information to fill the gaps that exist in your data leakage solution, firewall, intrusion detection, SEIM and other security infrastructures.
