The Dark Visitor

Anyone have any clue what is with the Dark Visitor web site? It seems to have been down for a few weeks now, I'm curious if it got the Red Star stamp of disaproval, or if anyone knows anything.

It works fine for me.
Although not checking it every day I did not recognize any major downtimes recently.

According to the site, migrating to Word Press 2.8 killed their blog. They are back up now though.

There is a very interesting write up on this blog in PopSci from May 2009. It basically describes what led to the creation of this blog and story behind it. If anyone subscribes, it's an interesting read on page 60.
