I was checking the training of www.heorot.net, the price looks good and the sylavous too.

Did anybody take this training (I am talking about the beginning)?

Adrian Crenshaw (http://www.irongeek.com/) has recommended the site a number of times.  He's fairly well known in the security (and grey activity) fields.  I don't know of any others though.

I've not been to the SANS network pen testing class (maybe you can comment on this Ryan), but I was under the impression that they did teach more than the tools and got into some of the process as well...

I am actually taking the course right now, the Pen Test Fundamentals course.  It is very informative and I enjoy every minute of it.

I asked this week to my company about this training, they said that is not the right time, bla, bla, bla, bla, so I think I will pay it from my own money, any way. I need to advance in this field.
