Im doing a report for uni on the subject of digital crime. Im having real truble finding a reliable source that outlines exacly/legally what digital crime is.

I could explain it myself however I need to find a legal document or book that explains what exacly constitutes as a digital crime.

Thanks for the links, im from the UK, but any defintion will do as I couldnt find any.

I did a similar paper for my degree course, I found Computer Ethics and Professional Responsibility fairly useful. It's a bit data know (2003) but still covers the basic, should be worth a look if you can find it in the library.
