How long does EC-Council take to send an email with a congrats, or physically mail a certificate after passing the test? I passed on 3/20 and still have not even seen an email from them.

You received your score saying you've passed right? That's about all you'll see/hear until about 8 weeks when you receive your certificate and welcome kit. I don't recall any such email congratulating you on passing.
Thank you for bringing this up. I will see if I can get that changed.

unsupported,
Thank you for posting this. I remember feeling the same way after I had passed the test (though it was my first certification, so I was a bit excited). I remember sitting and waiting to hear something or to get my certificate.. felt like forever
In light of that I want to let you know that EC-Council is in the process of implementing an email that will go out after someone passes their exams. Something that will welcome them to the EC-Council certified community and congratulate them on passing the exam. In addition, they are striving to hit the mark of a 4-week timeframe for receiving certificates which should be put into place in the next few months.
None of this may directly help you for the moment, but I wanted you to know it is being fixed/changed.

Thank you very much! I was not feeling the love. I've been staring at my pass print out, twiddling my thumbs.
If you can make further recommendation changes, in the congratulations email could they include the information needed to log onto the EC-Council forums?
Thanks!

Absolutely! One step ahead of you.. I suggested that be put in place when I asked about sending the email
Again, sorry it doesn't help right away, but at least you're aware that the change is in motion.
If there's anything else (now or in the future) you come across that you think could be improved, please let me know or shoot me a pm.

I passed mine in Feb 23rd and got my welcome package around the 18th of March, so I think it depends.
