Offensive security 101 is superior to the CEH in my opinion.

hey DON you are true... most of the other courses liek CEH and blah blah are teaching outdated ways and softwars and method of doing it . where as OSWP starts from begining and will go on till ur creativity of attack go on , any person who has understood OSWP and has good hold of it , then he will obviously have all WEP's and WPA's cracked and most of them are unknown of securing there WiFi, OSWP gives u both attacks and ways of protection from attackers

It started on September 3, 2007 to be exact!   
(I did a google search!)

It does look interesting!  I have always helped my friends lock down their access points because most of them take it out of the box and say "hey - it works.  If it works - why fix it!".   

But - to go indepth on how and why things happen, just makes helping people out more of a purpose for me.  All these tools we have are great in the right hands as well as dangerous in others.  I just cringe knowing what others can do to peoples connections.

I wish I was old/rich enough to retire and create a wifi hardening business.  Then I would knock door to door on the residential places that have weak/default settings (by normal windows findings) and harden their access points for $50 each (unlike a retailer carging over 3X the amount!).  I'd make a killing...until they are all secure!  ;-)
