Mmmm... I'm already getting a w00dy to try it out.  Nothing says awesome like a new USB toy to play with.  If only there was more time in a day.

This may sound kinda lame, but I know to get persistent changes on a thumb drive, you need an extra partition. We don't need that for an HD install? Thanks for the help guys.

Who cares when its out? The USB install went off without a hitch though I used the package manager to install Nessus. That worked like a champ except that in places the nessus executable s (nessusd, nessus-update, etc) in either /usr/bin or /usr/sbin. This of course casued some confusion at first but I successfully addapted and overcame. Thanks for the instructions.

Now if I could just get the HD to work......

I've been using it in VmWare for a bit now.  I could never get packet injection to work in BT3 in VmWare (yep, with a known supported USB wifi adapter).   In BT4, it works flawlessly.   I haven't ported all of my customizations over yet.   I will wait until it comes out of beta to do that.
