Someone has created an automated spamming tool for Twitter that has some interesting features. It appears to be able to semi-automatically create accounts (you have to type the captcha words in) and spam folks that are online or based on a keyword search. Apparently there are some advanced features as well that allow this to take place on a much larger scale. Video walkthrough on the site:
