Some of you may notice that vijay2 won the SANS Pen Testing Summit ticket last year. I do normally like to try to make sure that people can't win more than once in a year span, but I made a slight exception. First of all, it's my site, so I can do that.
Secondly, his company had already paid for him to go to that event. Because it was only a few days before the event, I allowed him to bring a friend. So he never did get a prize that was his own. He has continued his participation on the site including an excellent write-up on the SANS forensics course that included a great suggestion on how to get cheaper SANS training. I love that kind of stuff, so I felt this was well deserved.
