I'd agree with Dark_knight and Awesec, sounds like you should have enough of a background to handle the material. With the server experience that you have the networking prerequisites shouldn't be a problem for you.
However as Dark_Knight mentions there is some programing involved, which if it's not something your've done before may take some additional time to learn the basics. Again though the programming requirements are quite basic, and explained well in the course material (imo), but I had some programming skills before taking OSCP so your mileage may vary.
It is a great course, if you're up for the challange and are willing to put in the required workload you'll do well. If all else fails you can always 'try harder'
