I had heard this mentioned on the radio whilst driving between relatives at Christmas, and was sure I must had mis-heard.

Basically the UK government (or subsets thereof) are suggesting all web 'content' be certified in the same manner as films. I'm not particularly expecting an elaborate discussion of this as I'm sure anyone on EH-Net can instantly come-up with a half dozen reasons why this is a bad idea and won't work. You've got to love the think-of-the-children-brigade.
