Of the newly added extensions, I especially like RESTTest, https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5946 or from http://www.xucia.com if you don't want to register.

I had been working on an extension that would basically do what HTTPRecon ( http://www.computec.ch/projekte/httprecon/ )does, but from within Firefox, and RESTTest is nearly as good and seems to be an excellent tool to perform initial pen testing on a web server.
