This is the only place I could find this tool:

It is listed as Nologs. I haven't tried it on a test system yet, so be careful. There are some other cool tools on this site.

I would prefer a tool like psloglist to work with eventlogs, it is well documented and www.sysinternals.com can be considered as a trusted source.
