How long after passing did you receive your materials from EC-Council?

I passed the CEH exam 4 weeks ago, but I haven't heard a thing at all from EC-Council. Is this normal, or should I have heard something by now? I know their site says it can take up to 8 weeks, but I would rather get the process fixed sooner rather than later if it's very unusual for them.

You're right on schedule

They typically take 8 weeks to deliver the certification. It took 8 weeks for me to receive each of my certifications from them. If you still haven't received anything at the 8-week mark, send an email to info@eccouncil.org.
