Anybody know of any tools that specialize or can find Cross-Site-Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities?  WebInspect missed a big one and Nikto didn't find it either.  Anyone have any ideas?  I am going to demo SAINT and SandCat Suite Pro.

Sandcat Pro isn't too bad.  I am having problems getting a scan to complete.  It tried to write a file in a directory and apparantly I can't.  Permissions issue most likely.  When you click on the exploit link it takes you to the problem, that's cool.
