I am a big Mitnick fan, and the comment posted there backs up what has been discussed in another thread regarding the CEH.
You can trust your gut alot when it comes to Hacker types, people with a passion for Security is what I try and look for when recruiting, people like that on this forum, people who its not just a job.

Sadly, they are few and far between. Dont get me wrong, CISSP, etc are good to have, as it can help when getting a job when maybe the recruiter doesnt have the passion I speak of.

Look forward to Mitnicks new book though.
