I know I have that manual somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. Any of you guys have that manual? He did leave his email address on a public forum full of hackers, so I'm sure he'll get plenty of email responses that may or may not contain an "ethical" hacking manual.
All kidding aside, without specifics like which manual or for which cert, we don't know what you're looking to find. If it's knowledge you seek, you'll find that in spades on EH-Net and all for free. If this is a book or course materials that cost money for someone else, I doubt you'll find it here.

Those slides being posted freely on the Internet are by no means ethical. Those are instructor slides and are meant for instructors only.

Aren't those from the courseware??
The courseware you're supposed to

and is probably
protected by copyright laws

Protected by copyright laws, yes. From the courseware, no. The CEH courseware does not include those slides. Those are instructor only materials that can only be accessed from the instructor section of the EC-Council website.

Yes,
but you may want to learn to use a 'search engine' before you get to advanced topics. Try the search box at the top right of ethicalhacker.net to get you started. Plenty of excellent advice on starting out already here.
