So if you reading this you want to know how to move all your firefox settings, bookmarks, tool bar folders and such, well here you go.

1. open my computer
2. go to the Partition where Xp is stored
3. Open Documents and Settings
4. Find your user name
5. tools, folders, view, click on show hidden files and folders, apply
6. application data
7. Mozilla
8. FireFox
9. Profiles
10. open the profile thats there some wierdname.default
11. copy all files to a flash drive
12. install firefox on the new computer
13. repeat steps 1 thru 10
14. and move all the files from your flash drive to the file and wala.

sorry does not work in vista, vista version coming soon Smiley

I have used MozBackup which works with both Firefox and Thunderbird.  Even used it to backup under Vista and restore to XP.

Thanks boss to tell you the turth I wish I found that first it was a pain in the butt to get the backup files because no one would ever respond to my questions lol.  after few hours trial and error wala it worked Smiley.
