As the subject says really, has anyone done the Offensive Security Wireless Attacks - Backtrack WiFu course online?

I was thinking about giving it a go at some point, but wondered how good the quality is and the benefits of doing this. My WiFu is reasonable as they say, but thought perphaps there would be some missing tricks I might find in this.

Any thoughts of anyone would be apppreciated.

Dale,

I haven't taken the WiFu course but I am currently signed up to start the OffSec 101 course with them (course starts 13th of this month). So far I have had no complaints and assuming nothing changes I intend to take the WiFu course on completion of the OffSec course.

One route that may be possible, the OffSec course has a dedicated IRC channel. I've been logged in for the past few days and it has given me a better feel for the course I'm about to start. Might be worth contacting Offensive Security to see if they have the same for the WiFu course so you can do the same.

Hope this is of some use.

RR,

thanks for the response, I did contact them and they said there is no official support etc, but just to use the normal IRC if any concerns, so I might pop in there.

Let me know how you get on with the 101 course.

Thanks

Keep an eye out for me if you end up on IRC. I'll keep you posted on the course, can't wait till Sunday, I'm bouncing around like a kiddy at christmas Smiley
