Your first coding langauge is c++? You might want to start with something more basic. Java is good. I alwatys recommend for people totaly new to start with html code. Its so easy and you wiill be able to use it in your pentesting career. Then go onto python or perl. I like python myself. Then go onto C. This is a nature progression that works for a lot of people that might not be normaly inclined towards programming.

Yes, that makes sense and a good way to get this going.

I moved over some of the programming topics from other boards to this new one. As I find more, I will do the same.
