Courtesy of the CompTIA Product Manager for Security+, here's a link to download the objectives for Security+ 2008 Edition. They do ask you to fill out a form:

Please note that where changes have been made from the existing exam, those objectives have been called out by italics. The new exam will launch in October.

Cool! Looks like they've made some changes (and renamed) to the domains... and added a 6th ( Assessment & Audit... oOoOoO Smiley ) Pretty similar for the most part, with a few changes here and there. Looks like a pretty good outline though.
