You can't run unix commands on windows if you haven't installed unix... lol... amazing how many noobs there are on these forums.

I remember doing shit like that in my Linux + class... it was basically a pissing fest of who could remote mess with other people the most.  And since all of our computers started out with the same admin password.... well it was fun.  The guy has to be joking... I mean... yeah.  And if not, he's fired by now.  My favorite was to have the machine display the entire file structure of the machine over and over in the background whenever someone opened a console window.  Man that was fun... and nearly impossible to stop.  One guy had all of our CD trays going in and out on intervals every 2 to 5 minutes.  I ended up doing a recursive alteration of file privilages to 000 on his machine at the end of the class, which was fun.    Good times.  Class should have just been called 'Fun with ssh'.
