I voted for both with CEH first, because I feel that CEH is more widely known and a good place to start. I also feel that CPTS has more updated material and may eventually become a higher level cert in this field. Studying for CEH first will help us pass the possibly more difficult CPTS and eventually CPTE exams.

I'd go with both because they overlap a lot.
