Just in case anyone has this same question....
I took the ISACA class and the June 2008 CISA exam and passed. I would recommend pre-reading the Cannon book, then taking the ISACA course. The instructors I had in Virginia were very good. I even learned some additional test taking skills in the final class. The best advice I could give is to answer as many questions from the Test bank CD as possible.

Thanks for the advice, I did attend the class in Fairfax Va and I have also passed and waiting for my final certification. I did most of the questions from the practice CD but As far as the class goes I might have different opinion, lets just leave it that
