Stories like these seem to appear on a semi regular basis. Everytime I struggle to find any real news in the articles. (First article even states 'suspected to be from mainland China')

I'd be surprised if there is any networked country in the world that doesn't have someone hacking someone else. China seems to be a convenient scapegoat for any of these events at the moment. Until there is some definitive proof that these individuals are working for a government agency then these are non-stories in my not so humble opinion.

In light of the recent Tibetan issues (I'm no where near knowledgable enough to comment on this topic), to me the recent slew of China hacks X stories seem like FUD, spin and PR from parties with a vested interest in wider events.
