ISO is a CD image or in this case I would think a dvd image.

Sorry, I should have said that differently.

I know an ISO is an image of a CD/DVD...

I meant to say, what is on the Lab Kit ISO? The complete set of articles, or is it tools, videos, etc.?

It's IOS of a dvd full of videos, papers, tools, and other stuff. I use an ISO player from my desktop to test ISO files to see if they are worth burning and this one is pretty cool.
