For those of you who haven't encountered the joy that is The Register, it is kind of like if you took Wired Magazine, a Mr. Bean movie, Gizmodo, and a DVD of Monty Python - The Early Years, two parts Johnny Walker, put them into a blender, and then imbibed of the tasty result.  Anyway, every year they do various IT surveys including information security.  They have just posted this years input form, so I thought I'd link it here for the community.
