I Passed the CPTS exam on 8th January 2008 and I have yet to receive my certificate.  Has anyone else on here had to wait a long time before they got theirs?  I sat the exam in the UK and when I ring Mile2's UK office all I get is an answer phone message telling me to ring a specific number and 'my call will be routed'.  Thing is, the number they quote on the recording is the number I have just rang!  They don't seem like a particularly professional outfit to me and had I paid for the exam as opposed to my company I would be very annoyed.

No, that's the frustrating thing, there is no information on their site about this process.  The EC-Council site has a lengthy FAQ secition for the CEH qualification which states that certificates should arrive within 8 weeks.  When I passed CEH I recieved mine within a month.  I suppose I will just have to wait and see...I'll be sure to let you know!
