I'm from the UK, and am currently in Sixth Form (Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Economics), and wish to go into pentesting as a career. I'm getting to the stage where I have to decide about university, and what course to take. My current (tentative) plan is to get a degree in networking (or something like it), then move into Networking, Network security, then pentesting.

How did you get to where you are, and how would you recommend I do so?

Actually, I live in Ireland, and have always wanted to set up a pentesting company of my own but I am only in 6th year as well so..  I also do the subjects you listed with the exception of Economics.

 I am thinking of doing the OSCP course later (perhaps after the mocks) and CEH later (Summer)

I would be glad to collab with tomek, learn some stuff and perhaps share some of my knowledge as well.
