Isn't Google just wonderful? It's amazing the things you can find if you just bother to look for them.  Wink

BTW, this might interest you; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SHA_hash_functions. Also take a look at RFC 3174 and RFC 4634.

RFCs a solid source for information, but wikipedia can be suspect, not always correct.
