what are the ways to unhide the posts that requires certain restrictions? ->
http://www.maxcheaters.com/forum/index.php?topic=14366.0
for example, people that doesn't meet the requirements, still find a way to decrypt the posts. how is that done?

If its php , then you need to exploit it and gain admin access.
