Lots of companies offer distance learning training course, I'm doing one myself right now. Take a look at the forums here, you'll find lots of information about training course.

Since you mention you are new to programming and ethical hacking I would highly recommend that you make sure you check the prerequisites for any course you want to attend. You'll find it very frustrating and not in least rewarding if you take on a course without the necessary background knowledge.
