Ha Ha, thats a good one. You are either a total newb or a hacker with a great sense of humor.  If you are the later, I have to say you made me smile and I like the extra touch of an "aol" email.   Grin

Same sentiments as EmanoN. But just in case you're not joking...

We feel for you, but can't help you. As the title suggests, we are the "Ethical" Hacker Network. There are plenty of underground sites to visit to recruit others into your battle, but this is not one of them.

Maybe you could try fixing the problem without escalating the situation!

Why don't you block ICMP on your firewall (I presume you have one), or block all traffic from that attacking site. You could also ask your ISP to null route all traffic from that site to yours. Another option would be to configure a maximum CER (connection establishment rate), presuming you have fitting equipment, or again ask your ISP to do it for you.

An eye for an eye just leaves everybody blind.

flooding the other web sites is not a solution, in my opinion.
It will be better to try with your server admin to find out what kind of attacks are they using against you and then implement the required defense mechanisms.
Also do not forget that if you can gather required information that it can prove that you have been attacked from this people you can try to follow the legal way (court, etc) which, trust me, its extremely devastating (for them)!!! Especially if you can find a good lawyer !!! ; )
i hope i could help...cheers!!!
