Alright, I've started my own company for a while now and I've gathered employees and a sales rep. Can someone fill me on exactly what I need to operate my company for success? Meaning can someone tell me what certifications do I need EXACTLY and what else I may need. I just turned 17 in July, but I'm very much interested in web application security. Also, can someone send me a personal Resume of their's just so I can apply what I know and add from ideas and mishaps I may have forgotten onto my real resume. Like I mentioned above, I'm only 17 years of age and I clearly have no actual professional skill in writing a resume for success. I do however, type with professionalism on a serious level. My website is http://vapt.info

Hi,
If you've started your own company and are now asking questions like, "What do I need to do?" you probably should go back to basics and write a business plan. Don't put the cart before the horse, you should be asking these questions when you wrote your business plan. If you don't have a business plan you need to write one. There are a lot of good books out there on the subject, borrow a few from the library and read up. Failing to plan is planning to fail.

Actually, I already have a business plan. I also figured out the certifications and license(s) I may need. I'm more interested in finding out what a person like you would have on their resume. I don't want descriptions, if anything, I would prefer you handing me your actual resume and you could remove all the personal information from it. I would just need to look at it to expand on my crappy one at the moment.

I find it quite interesting that a 17 year-old entrepreneur can start his own company but not create his own resume. I think you may to re-think owning your own business, as you most likely will face many more problems that aren't so easily solved.

No one here can answer your questions as you haven't provided enough information. In addition, I don't think anyone is going to hand over their resume to you so you can basically copy it and add to your skills/knowledge etc. You should know what skills/education/experience you have.

I seriously think you should re-think/reconsider your business plan.

Just to add at least on suggestion though, I would highly recommend searching for resume templates, as you should be able to find plenty of examples with no problem.
