10th International Security Conference

ISC is an annual international conference covering research in theory and applications of Information Security. Continuing its past success (Proceedings: LNCS 1396, 1729, 1975, 2200, 2433, 2851, 3225, 3650, 4176). ISC aims to attract high quality papers in all technical aspects of information security. It was first initiated as a workshop (ISW) in Japan in 1997, ISW 1999 in Malaysia, ISW 2000 in Australia and then changed to the current name ISC when it was held in Spain in 2001 (ISC'01). The latest conferences were held in Brazil (ISC'02), UK (ISC'03), USA (ISC'04), Singapore (ISC'05), and Greece (ISC´06) .

The 10th ISC, ISC´07, will be held in Valparaíso, a beautiful Chilean harbor city with a rich history, located 120 kilometers (75 miles) far away from Santiago, the capital of Chile. As a World Heritage site Valparaíso is a real alternative as a new undiscovered touristic destination. The conference is organized by the Technical University Santa María (located in Valparaíso) and the activities will mainly be concentrated at the Hotel del Mar. This hotel is located in the city of Viña del Mar, just beside Valparaíso, and it has a good tourist infrastructure with wonderful beaches and restaurants.
