winxp2 exploit?

Can metasploit framework 3,change this,meaning make it vulnerable?
If it can't, is there software which can make winsp2 vulnerable(adding user account remotely)?
Plz help?

No, switching to metasploit 3 won't make the victim machine vulnerable. You'll have to look for a new vulnerability.
