Passed CEH(v5), THX EH-NET

Yesterday, I took the CEH(v5) and passed. I would like to thank EH-NET and everyone that posted tips and recommendations. This site really helped. I passed the exam via self study and I will later post the books and resources I used that helped me prepared for the exam. Once again thank you.

Now I heading off to the beach and catch some waves. Heard there some good surf today. BTW, any surfers here?

Thanks to all for your kind words. Couldn't pass the exam without the help of the EH-Net community.

And yes slimjim100, I really had fun surfing today. Sometimes, you need to unplug an enjoy Mother Nature.

What I meant was to sometimes take a break from using the computer and the internet and go outside and enjoy what Mother Nature has to offer. For me, I love to surf. By surfing I have a few hours to leave behind all the problems and worries I have and just have some fun. Also, when I graduated from college I began to work at my current job as a security analyst and started to gain weight. So I also surf to try to be fit. Anyways, I like to be diverse and try different things which includes computers, network security, surfing, art, movies, traveling and etc.

Hi,

I am busy preparing for the exam but would like some advice - please.

What did you use for your labs, where did u get the tools required etc etc
