ok its a bit childish of me..but well here it is:
i hav d net service through my cable provider via a lan
my ip is 192.168.3.240 and server is 192.168.0.1 here (in lan)
now the as*h0*e is charging twice d normal price for net (him being the only provider in d area) (dats abt 800 bucks for a 64kbps bandwidth with max 10kbps download speed)
however yesterday they had a cable fault and i was geetting 150kbps downld speed (now its repaired

)
my question is can i sumhow get dat speed out of him again?
