Books 24x7

Has anyone heard of/used
books24x7.com
?
I just came across it today and thought it seemed pretty sweet. For $460/yr you get access to an entire online library of books. The topics cover just about every aspect of IT from web design to network security and also certification specific prep books. Anyway, it seems pretty sweet to me (probably because I tend to spend that much on books in a year anyway) and I'm leaning towards signing up. Just thought I'd see if anyone else had any comments on it. Thanks.

Yeah.. I'm not a huge fan of it either, but for the price and access I think I could live with it.

If you are member of ISACA you can have access to many IT & security books on Books 24x7 website. If someone is interested I can do some printscreens with the titles, at least.

Thanks alucian, was not aware of the ISACA link. I do have an account at books24x7 through work but nice to know I have access through ISACA as well.
I rarely read a book through the site because I prefer hardcopy, but it's very useful for searching for specific topics when doing research.

I also prefer hardcopies, but this can help sometimes.

I use Safari and have used Books24x7, I would say in my opinion Safari is better. I think they have a better book selection, they have videos, also I think it is much easier to read than books 24x7 as it is fit to be similar to actually reading the book. Example safari has the pages set to that of the actual book, while Books24x7 has a special formatting that they do for the books you want to read. Safari online also forms better on a tablet for easier reading as well.

I have used both, and I prefer Safari as well. I wish I could get some sort of subscription service for my Kindle though...
