Security+ and Linux+ Package = $650

There have been a number of conversations in the forums about how to start your ethical hacking career. So for April '07, let's get back to basics. Our long-time supporter, CompTIA, is known for their excellent entry level certifications. Two such credentials that every budding security professional should have are Security+ and Linux+. The top contributor(s) for April will get a prize package(s) featuring the Security+ exam voucher ($237), a CompTIA Press Study Guide and a Security+ T-Shirt for a value of approx. $325. And let's double it up to include the same package for Linux+. If there is one clear winner... they get it all. We reserve the right to split it into 2 prizes. Good luck!

Participation is the ONLY way to win. Start a thread that sparks lots of interest; share thoughts and experiences; help a newbie... quality is more important than quantity.

Not much time to go to get yourself noticed. As always, quality of participation in the forums is much more desired than quantity. Even those of you who have been with us a while can still win... again!  Wink

These CompTIA certs are well worth your effort, so let's see some friendly competition as we end the month!
