Hello, and welcome to EH.net Unfortunatly last I heard, there aren't many who have taken the CPTE course, and those who have seen it have mixed reviews. Me personally, I have seen the CBT, and I liked it more than the CEH materials. I personally would be very interested in seeing a review of the whole program, including the lab manual and "cyber range".
Please let us know your thoughts, as well as your previous experience in the field.

thank you for the warm welcome...hopefully i'll become experts/professional as you guys...im looking forward to becoming a security professional/expert/analyst soon...coz im F*^% bored in my current JOB...thats why im trying to shift my career into security anywayz....
actually ive taken the CBT online (3x)unfortunately i cant share it because what they did is you have to login to their site and in your acct thats the time you'll be able to view the course. they configured it via geo-location i tried sharing my acct to my brother(to the other side of the globe in ASIA) he can use my id but cant see the material. it seems i'll be the one pioneering their Mile2's CPTE over here

There was recently some server maintenance/upgrades. I'm sure Don is still working on it, so the forum index should be back soon. Meanwhile you could also use ethicalhacker.net/forum/index.php.
