Recently saw a link for an IT masters program at Charles Sturt University in Australia.
http://www.itmasters.edu.au/it-security/The program has various streamincluding a Digital Forensics one. Best of all they allow use of work experience and certifiactions towards the degrees and certificates. They are also a fully certified university with brick and mortar campuses as well.
The 3 streams they have are :
Microsoft 2008 Stream
Digital Forensics Stream
Multi Platform Security Stream
Personally, having been out of college fro over 20 years I am looking at the Graduate certificate. I qualify for admission and it only needs 4 courses to earn. Thankfully 2 of my certs already mean I only need to courses .

Hope this helps someone else out. I have been looking forever for someone that allowed me credit for the numerous hours studying for the certs I earned.
