When the titled course was released it was planned that (minus the cert) the course content would be provided free in a "community edition" ..

Now I understand that this idea was changed to a plan where a version 2 of the course would be brought out for paid customers and version 1 would then be supplied free to the security community. Does anyone have any sources about when the 2nd version will be released and the community content available? or has this been scrapped completely?
