301  Resources / Tools / Re: Cain & Abel v4.9.11 Released on: February 29, 2008, 09:51:25 AM
I believe it's up to v4.9.12 now.
It looks like they just added a few Vista fixes.

oziko,

When I was training for the CEH exam, one of the instructors at New Horizons told me that to really get the material and pass the exam, you will spend 40 of training in the classroom, and 40 hours of study on your own time. If you've already spent the time in the classroom, and you've already paid for the courseware, then use it to get the best experience for your money.

Also, everyone is recommending the The Official CEH Review Guide (http://www.amazon.com/CEH-Official-Certified-Ethical-Hacker/dp/0782144373/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1204298410&sr=8-1), which I also highly recommend before taking the exam.

Good luck!  Wink

The only problem with logging into your AP would be if you are using a separate DHCP server, or if any users have static IP addresses.

If you have a separate DHCP server you should check that instead of the AP.  Wink

If anyone has static IPs, then I would probably go with Nmap (which is available for Windows) or some other IP/port scanner.

You could also use something like Kismet or the aircrack-ng suite to find out who is actively on your WLAN.

Hello, I just got my C|EH certificate in the mail last week. I am so happy to finally have it!

Anyway, I got bored yesterday and made this up. Hopefully, you will find it as amusing as my coworkers and I did.
