I've noticed a strange trend on a particular network sponsored by ATT. The Wi-Fi typically provided for free at location in CA (typically McDonald's) has wavering server speeds and jumps between a San Diego and Tijuana server. This sets off alarm bells with me especially since persons whom usually use these hot spots are unaware and share a large amount of personal data.
