So I have Made an encryption program built on a stream cipher I made a few years ago and I need to test the security of my encryption. So I'll give the first that can crack it 300 USD. Encrypted file attached. I'm working on patenting the cipher as we speak so I wont give you the algorithm. Good luck to whom ever tries.
