Well with the CEH, once you get that done you can move on to other certs.  I have been told by several people that the dif betwen the V6 and V7 of CEH is so small that you can use the V6 study material to pass the V7.  If anyone knows otherwise I would like to hear back.

There is so much to learn in this field that supports the CISSP cpe's - to many people - taking more classes/certs seems to be the best course of action - it takes care of your cpe's and you learn more.
