my friend is helping me to learn hacking... so he hokked up his old PC and blocked all the ports... is there a way i can still access the port if it is blocked... like port 23...21..or 25... or just simply get into his PC... im not thinking anything malicous here...or im trying not to, we just both want to know if it is possible to do that.

I know that TELNET is outdated...and that there may be better programs than that...but i want to start by learning from TELNET.
